Finally two shows I can attend !

Paris is only a 3 hour drive from where I live.

There's also a very good high speed train connection with Thalys from Holland, Belgium and Germany and the Eurostar from the UK.

For those trying to buy tickets tomorrow, keep in mind that the FNAC website is only available in French and Google Translate can't help once you are in the secure area...

Nice venue and good ticket price but why on Sunday, why not Saturday????? The last Thalys departure Paris-Amsterdam is 19:25 & e-dream flights, no flight later than 9pm. There is no way I can change my Monday agenda at the drop of a hat, plus last minute w-end flight prices do not justify a concert.

Prince is just going to have to come to Amsterdam and play at a private party for fans in the Supper club. Bonne fete Paris...I wanna see the bootleg/dvd or live streaming razz

I think I might explode with a mixture of excitement at the slight chance of being able to go and frustration that it's no so close flights are pretty expensive and I don't think I can afford it!!

Aaaaarrrghhhhh!!

Whoever it said they were going to Kings Cross, I'll see you there!

eireboy you're always complainig.

Prince should do that : two tickets available for each peep buying, so people can go to the concert and no re-sell it.

I welcome the concerts but realistically for those of us now with other responsibilities (family, work etc etc) and who have to make arrangements how viable is it to have 3 days notice to arrange flights hotels etc etc.

I would love to go and will try my hardest to do so but it is getting more and more difficult by the day (unless you live within the vicinity that he is playing at) to see prince live.

Still I am happy for all the people that will get the chance to see him.

Oh well will wait and see when this is officially confirmed and then start trying to make plans

Exactly! confused And isn't this the sort of thing we joined Lotusflow3r for?

Prince Concerts In Paris This Weekend?
Posted in Celebrity News on October 7th, 2009 by drfunkenberry

Ok so hearing different reports about Prince shows this weekend.

1st was La Grange a Saturday public show and a Monday private show.

Other was at Grand Palais 2 Sunday shows, 1 public and one private.

Here is what I know for fact:Whatever place hosts the gigs, the 2nd show will be private.

1st show will be sold to the public AFTER industry and fashion people have been invited.

Lastly, I am hearing that the ticket price…….500 Euros.

Nothing has been confirmed by his people, only both venues and an outside party.

500 Euros? Man, if that is true…..wow.

That’s what I know now. Will let you know if it changes. Nothing officially confirmed.-Dr.FB

If this is correct that we, the true fans, who have supported him all these years, can only go to the 1st show and that first show ticket prices will be 500 Euros!!! then sorry but he can forget it. I mean, if this turns out to be correct then what sort of wages does he think ordinary folk earn ferchristsakes?!! mad

Nice for the people in Paris with no plans yet and still interesed in the skinny MF...but for adults in Europe this childish hide and seek and short notice high price game is a dull moment in the career of an artist they like to see...

I know, exactly. But its still never worth travelling a long distance if us fans can only go to one of the two shows. That sucks!

He needs to play for the rich, they support his salary. As long we get to see it afterwards that's ok right?

In all fairness, this info was available a couple of days ago. I was surprised no one posted it then.

I don't know. If they're on the site I guess they'll be gone pretty quickly. There are various threads, some rumours and different prices. Take you pick cool
