Actually, you need to be a great deal harsher on Musicology. And it still wouldn't be getting the criticism it truly deserves

Going back on topic, of course TRC whips 3121. But then again TRC would whip any half-decent album in any artist's back catalogue. TRC already stands as an important milestone in Prince's career.

trc is of course the better of the two (or 3?)
but try playing "1+1+1=3" "3121" back to back, it all gets a little silly Where's it all going to end? Attack of the clones wasn't really that good, now was it? | |

Many people hate TRC because of the lyrics, but it´s one of the best Prince albums musically. It´s made with passion, beautifully arranged and performed. Musicology and 3121 are nice pop albums, but TRC is the Prince I like. |
