Dont get me wrong...i'll be waiting For aug 22.. I doubt they even promote the release... the only people who would/might buy this or even know it out there is us .....[die hards] But u ever notice WB/Rhino releases prince stuff [once in a while] around the time P' does...mabye for now on they'll put old stuff out ..just to mess with his [new] sales..wich wouldnt bother me cause., i'd buy both... but thats all wishfull thinking  ..i wish they releas them all [dvds] | |

Shit man, they need to get me in the office, controlling these dvd releases. With every artist it seems they release the wrong stuff. This was one of my least watched VHS tapes. The Nude Tour in Japan, Lovesexy in Europe, Parade birthday concert in Detroit, these are the things that show the magic of Prince, not the cheap and cheesy D&P compilation. What they also need to do is put out a compilation of his best TV appearances and various live clips. That would be a must have. They did that with Bruce Springsteen. Why not P? | |

Canadians will also get "Prince: Ultimate" on Aug 22nd; I got confirmation from Warner Music Canada yesterday about this new release date. Oddly, I found a used domestic copy of it last week... must've escaped the plant on its own purple feet!
