langebleu...I've only watched the performance once, but at this point your transcription looks good to me! Thanks!

OK, so anyone want to speculate about the lyrics? They're pretty pointed! Think they might be aimed at anyone in particular? hmmm

This one sounds as if it's pointed at us (the fans) because of what's been going on lately in LA with all the celeb parties.

I bet u heard he got another band

ook so the song in my view rocked. Prince was just showing off anyway. "hey everybody...see? i can play!"

so far for me:

1. Fury
2. Te Amo Corazon
3. B,L&B
4. Black Sweat

those are my preferences for these new songs. boy, when the dude spoils us, he spoils us. oh and the stripped down band intrigues me. makes me think that he's not going to do his old tracks on the tour.

Like it.

And like several others have said I just hope the album version is as good as the live version. (No cowbells, and over the top crap. Keep the smoking guitar solos.)

I totally got that too. "Love you baby, love you so much."
At least he's reworking his GOOD melodies.

Fury was amazing. Watched it with friends who have just a grudging respect for Prince's old stuff, and they were blown away.

all opinion. but the live boots (and studio boots) would say otherwise. it ended up soundling like something Zak and co. from Saved By The Bell would do on one of the 'battle of the bands' episodes.

Fury!!! Was hot!!! Oh my goodness...Prince! This song sounded fantastic live hope the albumn version does it justice.

What a hot ass rock record! By the man that does so many different types of music and well it makes you head spin

If Balck Sweat and now Fury are any indication...the Prince we all know and love (not just some of us) is back!!!

"Fury?"

Eh--- the song is just okay after 1 listen. Same with "Beautiful, Loved..." although I do like the sentiment of the lyrics...

I'm seeing a trend in many of his songs lately--- many of them lack memorable hooks, melodies, and choruses. They leave me feeling nothing.

The performance was incredible. But that might be smoke and mirrors to cover a mediocre tune. His guitar playing is mindblowing. The only time I've seen him play better guitar was on the George Harrison tribute when he did the solo for "While My Guitar Gently Weeps".--that shit was like some crazy alien guitar playing.

Wonderful! I haven't been this excited about a Prince song in a LONG time!

You took the words out of my mouth. Yeah, Musicology had its moments, but this track WOWZA. The Batman Soundtrack is my favorite thing P has touched, but with tracks like this, 3121 might give it a run for the money in my book.

I'm so pumped about 3121..the performance was bangin' and the track was GREAT!!!! clapping
