Also I noticed that the girl DJ appeared to have a sign on the front of her equipment (mixing board? whatever it's called) displaying the Egyptian symbol of the Eye of Horus.

Excerpt from a website about the Eye of Horus: "...was the eye of the falcon-god Horus, son of the goddess Isis. The Egyptian pharoah was thought to be the god Horus incarnate. A symbol of perfection and well-being, it was a powerful amulet worn for protection against evil in ancient Egypt."

Interesting. smile

Maybe it's only me, but doesn't that chair Prince is sitting on look a tad suggestive in shape? Or - something? And then how that dancer starts caressing it on the inside? Makes me think certain...thoughts. lol

The chair reminds of the big wooden sculpture from the movie Harold & Maude that Maude had at her house that Harold tried putting his head through while Maude was out of the room getting them tea.

Someone told me that Prince had that chair specially made.

What's up with all the Pharell comparisons? All Pharell has done is rework Princeisms. "Slave4U" is nothing but a Nasty Girls/Sex Shooter remix. It's like asking James Brown why is he doing Prince. Or asking George Clinton to stop doing Dr. Dre. Which came first?

I dont get the comaprisons to KISS . He's using his falsetto voice on an uptempo song. Other than that i dont see anything similar in the two songs.

So you actually think Black Sweat is a better song than In the Closet? And that its video is better too? In that case I must respectfully but wholeheartedly disagree. smile

I can't watch the video on any of these sites. Must be getting too many hits right now. Anyway... I heard the song on the radio this morning. It's ok.
