For You Prince Dirty Mind Controversy Parade Sign 'O' The Times Batman Black Album Graffiti Bridge Crystal Ball Rainbow Children NEWS I got a lot of buying to do, but I'm in no rush since I have all of them to listen to in the meantime anyway. One reason that no one has mentioned yet is that each disc also includes two previously unreleased tracks. Disc 1 has Nothing Compares 2 U and Pink Cashmere, and Disc 2 has Peach and Pope. And to sweeten the pot on the B-sides, there's Power Fantastic. The Hits/The B-sides is an absolute MUST OWN! So go get it. NOW! Only official release I don't have is VBOP. |

THat's WHY I didn't get them: they were the first lead-off singles I was disappointed by - nothing new, more of the same (in '93). I like Pink Cashmere but I've got it on Girl6. Peach is much better live (which I've got - shhh!), and it was just taking the T-Rex hints of Cream to an absurd extreme. Pope really seemed throwaway when I heard it n the radio - now I do miss having it on record, but it's not worth buying a 3-disc set for. I have a "copy" of the b-sides now. (Yeah, I know I didn't mention NC2U - 'nuff said). "We've never been able to pull off a funk number"

the only one i dont have is Musicology. I even have most bootlegs. But Musicology I can live the rest of my days without. Same can be said for Rave, NPS, ONA (piano) and emmancipation... but I was young and naive back then..  |

Every Prince fan should own Emancipation ..... it's long & in places not very good ..... BUT when it's good it is very good  Live4Love
