its ok , always been my least fave track off lovesexy though ,but if ya love it ya love it I guess , I cant see it faring any better on the charts than the uplifting Glam Slam did though , I think most of that album is a bit too offbeat to be "top 40 hit" material .  He was still under Warners at the time. I'm sure they were pushing him to go with Glam Slam as opposed to Lovesexy. They did not know how to promote this album. Otherwise, the song is sheer perfection! I seriously doubt Warners wanted Prince to release Glam Slam as opposed to Lovesey. Glam Slam was a Prince call all the way.
