LOUISVILLE CONCERT PREVIEW What will Prince perform at the Palace?
By JEFFREY LEE PUCKETT • March 8, 2002 jpuckett@courier-journal.com The Courier-Journal {{{The mercurial Prince returns to Louisville tomorrow night for a sold-out show at the Louisville Palace, and the question on most fans' minds is this: What will His Purpleness perform?}}} According to Internet reports and newspaper reviews, Prince and the New Power Generation are concentrating on material from a new album, "The Rainbow Children," with a sprinkling of old favorites. The three-hour set is said to be thick with jazzy instrumental jamming, and the song list changed little on the first few shows of the tour, which started last Friday in Michigan. On that night, Prince performed "The Rainbow Children," "Muse 2 the Pharaoh," "Xenophobia," "A Case of You," "Mellow," "1+1+1=3," "Little Groove of Rollercoaster," "The Other Side of the Pillow," "Strange Relationship," "Sing A Simple Song," "La La La (Means I Love You)"; "Didn't You Know," "When You Were Mine," "Avalanche," "Family Name," "Take Me With U," "Rasberry Beret," "Another Star," a Santana medley, "Free," "Starfish & Coffee," "Sometimes it Snows in April," "I Love U But I Don't Trust U Anymore," "Adore," and "How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore." Weekend fans have complained about a lack of hits, but Prince die-hards have given the tour glowing reviews. http://www.louisvillescen...rince.html

enough with the 40 seconds of every "hit"!!
Prince is a muscian NOT a hack! if you want "hits" buy "the hits" were they cut every song down to around 3:30 minutes.. When I see Prince I want an expirence!! guitar solos that go on for 10 mintues.. unknown songs he is working on.. piano & just him singing.. NO hits! wait for Prince to play vegas in 20 years for that crap..
