The info I got is sketchy to say the least. But Prince's upcoming One night alone tour isnt just a name for a tour, Its also the name of his forthcoming album out this year. Hence the celebration days in the summer coming up. This would also explain the lack of singles/promotion 4 the rainbow children. Like I say, the person who gave me this info cannot b named and that was all the info I got out of he/she. Lets just hope the new album continues in the same vein as the rainbow children.

Well, if one of the 4 club CDs were a live album from the tour --- I would consider my $100 well spent.

a piano album for a change would be cool, i really love it when he just sits down at the piano without all the other instruments....sometimes it's nice to see him simple

As long as we don't get it with our membership and then it's available at the "wrecka" stores for cheaper. Remember the "you'll get it first" from the music club renewal process.

January's singles from the club r beautiful! I love to hear Prince playing his guitar (like ? of U? from January), but he is spectacular on the piano 2.

How often does this story get reported? Most of these tracks were recorded in 2000 on a cd he was to release called "Keys" like keys on a Piano.

They have been updated & other tracks have been added n some taken out.

Paisley already said two of the upcoming Cd's are;

"One Night Alone"

&

"Xenophobia"

Not trying to dis but to clarify. It has already been reported by Paisley. Look at last months Downloads. The track "One Night Alone" is from a cd with the same title.

its probably one the best lately, eye mean, its got a better vibe than most on rainbow children.. lots of feelings come out when that tune is played..

what I've heard from "One Nite Alone" sounds to be very much like what many of us have been asking for for a long time. A piano based album. U're Gonna C Me and One Nite Alone are two of my new favorites from him. Whether it continues in the same vein as TRC remains to be seen. As we all know, Prince does not have a history of sticking with any 1 thing for an extended period of time.

What do the Celebration dates have to do with the "One Nite Alone"album? Are you implying he will be releasing the album first, and that Celebration will be promoting the it? And I dont see why he wouldnt still want to promote The Rainbow Children? Rumors also have it that he will be launching a Rainbow Children World Tour after June, no?

i wonder what will actually see the day. Previous ideas:

So far we know that Xenophobia will be a jazzy album featuring Vanessa Mae and Candy Dulfer... and has the CD cover to be splashed on upcoming tour T-shirts... perhaps

One Nite Alone will be a piano album possibly dedicated to the memory of John L. Nelson and will feature the title track, A Case Of U, Here On Earth, and U're Gonna C Me

Madrid 2 Chicago will feature the title track, another beautiful track, Breathe, and in my opinion should include, Supercute, since it segues so nicely into the title track...

Someone on AMP posted that the rock album would be called Witness for the Prosecution...not that I'm holding my breath, but I like the idea of having a well produced and polished 'Witness'. Not that I have anything that is underproduced

Are you taking the piss? TRC was just released to the stores in October, and to the music club in August. That's a whopping 4-6 months since his last release...Perhaps we Prince fans are a bit sopiled?
