Napster Ordered To Shut Down



In a total misinterpretation of law, a Federal Court has
issued an injuction that would force Napster to shut down
its services. Napster is software that allows for
one-to-one, non-commercial trading of MP3 format files.
Napster has stated that they will file for a stay to the
Federal Appelate Court; but failing that, Napster will be
shut down on Friday at midnight.
