Overheard at Guitar Center today that John Blackwell is scheduled to appear at the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) show in Anaheim, CA on behalf of his drum company, TAMA. He is supposed to be on hand the afternoon of 1/20 to sign autographs. If you don't have music retail ties don't bother showing up....the NAMM show is a music retail trade show that is closed to the general public.
