In Jan/Feb 2002 edition of Touch magazine (UK) Bilal is played a series of tracks and asked his views on each.

Here follows his analysis of Girls & Boys (Wrongly credited as Boys & Girls):

"Ha ha, oh man. Prince really took the instruments of the 80s and made something really soulful of them, I haven't been a big fan of synthesisers of the 80s and he was one of the only ones that I can listen to. My favourite Prince song is Adore. A genius."
