Hard Rock Cafe Minneapolis To Open On First Avenue---The new Block "E" entertainment complex in downtown includes the newest Hard Rock Cafe. A whole downtown block is being constructed across the street from The Target Center Arena and just down the Avenue from the famous nightclub where the 1984 movie, Purple Rain, was filmed in part.
