For those in L.A. that are still on a Sheila high from last night's performance & for those of you who just dig Sheila, a Bump Squad member found this; here is a link to the KCRW site "Chocalate City" show from October 29th (don't know if this was reported in the past)and it contains the entire radio show without commercials (about one hour forty-nine minutes).

Sheila is the D.J. & plays cuts that span her career also playing unreleased tracks like "girl power".
