I guess this is probably uselsess info, but since there hasn't been much news, here ya go. These are 2 property records. The first is Prince giving Mayte a Bel Air home in 1997(probably for tax purposes). The second is the sale of the same property the same day prince gave it to her to a third party. Prince "gave" the property to Mayte so it would be her income for tax purposes and they would pay less taxes off of the gain of the sale of the house (yeah, exciting isn't it NOT) since mayte is presumably in a lower tax bracket.
