Internet Radio Interview with LG Broadcasts

This interview was incredible. A must listen for music aficianados and Paisley fans. We finished recording it a couple days ago and there are several airings set.

Bass virtuoso and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, LARRY GRAHAM, recently stopped by "The Upper Room with Joe Kelley" for an in-depth and engaging interview. Graham, a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, is currently celebrating the 2 CD set, "The Jam/Anthology: Larry Graham and Graham Central Station" on Rhino Records. A must for your collection.

Larry Graham played with Sly and the Family Stone and they were recently honored at the R&B Foundation event at the Apollo Theater in Harlem. Graham has also had a successful solo career and as a bandleader of Graham Central Station. Inevitably, bass players mention Larry Graham when discussing their influences. In recent years, Larry has been collaborating and touring with Prince and the NPG. His bass playing can be heard on Prince's new CD, "The Rainbow Children."

You are going to hear the origins of Larry's bass playing, future Sly and the Stone plans, discussion of Larry's new double CD anthology, an insider's view to Prince's "Rainbow Children", and talk about the radio and record business.

A few people who I played the interview to last night say the show is very special, funny at times, and contains some serious music discussion that needs to be heard.

Thanks to Larry and Tina Graham, and Jacqui.
