Now, before you start believing all the naysayers who will tell you Prince has totally fallen off the wagon, think about this - If Prince sells 200,000 copies of TRC worldwide (likely) and he makes $5 profit per copy sold (also likely), then he will bank $1 million from this "uncommercial" album. Keep in mind that the Dixie Chicks, after 2 wildly successful albums and a tour of large venues, are suing Sony, claiming that they each have less than $1 million in the bank....

[Actually, I'd be surprised if $5 isn't a conservative estimate... and that sales figure doesn't seem too bad for no promotion.]
