I know this may not count, but it got me excited! I asked in a HMV store (UK) today and they said TRC is out on November 20th. No surprise there, but I asked them if it was a import and they said 'definitely not'. Apparently, the imports are on a different list altogether.

i e-mailed HMV.co.uk to find out if The Rainbow Children was import or not, and they said 'This is an Import release.'

I know that someone already posted that they'd e-mailed HMV and was told it wasn't an import, but everywhere else is saying it is.
