ESTAIRE GODINEZ, multi-talented percussionist/vocalist, stops by "The Upper Room" for an in-depth interview. Estaire is currently featured with two original songs on the CD, "Unsigned: Twin Cities" which is available at www.unsignedrecordings.com.

She has performed and recorded with Danny Gottlieb, Bob Moses, Mint Condition, Mark Ledord of the Pat Methany band, Ray Obiedo, Prince, Pete Escovedo, Karl Perrazo, Passion and Grace, Iffy, Anthony Cox. A live CD recording with legendary jazz vocalist Mark Murphy, featuring Tm Harrell.

Presently in Mpls. MN, she is performing and recording with her own Band featuring Eric Leeds on sax formerly with Prince, Mike Scott on guitar presently with Prince, Peter Schimke on Piano and keyboards, Stokely Williams on drums of Mint Condition, Enrique Toussaint on bass presently with Paul Anka.

She's toured with Prince and is presently with George Benson. She finished a Live recording with her band at the Dakota Bar in St. Paul, MN.
