HELP!
im a new NPG music club member, i joined yesterday in order to buy tickets!

the NPG help desk has been unable to receive emails because their mailbox is full.

i have a few questions and was hoping someone could help:
#1 - how do we claim tickets: do we just go to the boxoffice on the day of the event? can we pick them up earlier?

#2 - what are the "privileges" that music club members get?
how do we prove membership? do they apply to this show?

thanks so much to anyone who can help.

peter.

Hi - you claim your tix on the nite of the show. Print out your proof of purchase from the NPG site and bring it with you to claim your tix. All they need is your NPG member name and, if I remember correctly, your ID. They have printouts with everyone's info and you will be on that list if you purchased your tix through NPGMC. At the Kodak Theatre, The Aladdin, and The Palladium shows the members stood in a separate line from non-members. All the members are let in to the venue BEFORE everyone else. You can choose your seats once you are in (which is why you should line up early) AND you have the honor of watching/listening to the sound check with Prince and band members...It's VERY worth it!!!

You're welcome - I was just on NPGMC "Concert Connection" and it seems that the word is he will be touring in larger venues for the remainder of 2004, so if your missing this SF show, don't be too bummed. There will be more to come...

Yeah, and there was no seating at The Palladium either but if you're towards the front of the line instead of the back you can still nab a great spot near the stage...

"Concert Connection" is one of the forums in the U Tell Us section of the site. One of the PP's keeps saying this is just the beginning.

Sorry - I thought it was strange that I got the same email from the NPGMC again at 10:55 this morning and then when I tried to get onto the site I was unable to get in for approx. 20 minutes or so. I figured that maybe there was a shred of hope for you to get some newly released tix, but I guess not. I finally got on a little before 12 and it was still sold out. Sorry for the false hope sad

Front left stairway. Then click on the "Time" door.
Now put your cursor in between the columns and above the fire and you should see the text of "U Tell Us" appear. Click anywhere on the text and you will be taken into the club forums.
