Detroit DJ Releases Compilation Including Erotic City

Legendary Detroit electronic music producer/DJ Carl Craig has placed another Prince song on his latest compilation of tracks that influenced him. 'Erotic City' is included on the new album entitled:

Carl Craig Presents: "Abstract Funk Theory" on Obsessive Records out of the UK.

(see also my post on prince.org-Sept. 24th 'New Mix CD Features Prince Cover' for the other album Carl Craig mixed that includes "The Future")

the 'Abstract Funk Theory' full track list is as follows:

1. George Kranz- 'Din Da Da'
2. A Number Of Names- 'Shari Vari' (many cite as the 1st ever techno song)
3. Model 500- 'Night Drive'
4. Channel One- 'Technicolor'
5. Rhythim Is Rhythim- 'The Dance'
6. Reese & Santonio- 'Forcefield'
7. BFC- 'Galaxy' (actually Carl Craig himself)
8. Prince- 'Erotic City'
9. George Clinton- 'Atomic Dog'
10. B-52's- 'Mesopotamia'
11. X Ray- 'Let's Go'
12. Cybotron- 'Alleys Of Your Mind'
13. Yellow Magic Orchestra- 'Computer Game'

....if you dig this Abstract Funk Theory No. 6, also check out the A.F.T. mix by Minneapolis legend, Freddy Fresh!
