[Not news, but maybe someone can help this guy out -Ben]

For the past three months, I have been unable to successfuly download any files from NPGMC. I am running a Mac using Netscape as well as Internet Explorer. Neither browser works. The download starts fine and then just stops, leaving me with about 10% of the actual file. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't get NPGMC to e-mail me back and it's getting very frustrating. Any suggestions?
