AUS WB in Last-Ditch Effort to Increase VBOP Sales

Warner Records in Australia, have launched a major promotional campaign to try and save the Very Best Of Prince which so far has made very little impact at all on the Aussie Pop/Rock Charts. This is a desperate attempt to try and save an album which hasnt even cracked the top 50 Album Charts in Australia, and much of this is due to many people simply not knowing the CD is available, plus the fact that the Hits/B-Sides 3 Disc set sells at most Record shops at $19-95, which is $10 less than the VBOP. Will keep u updated on whether this attempt is successful or not.

P.S. The new Jamiroquai Album "A Funk Oddysey" is a gem. A true Masterpiece. A must for all funk fans. Maybe Prince could get some inspiration here to write some catchy funky pop songs, and maybe even reach the top of the charts again.
