Actually I agree with you - from a purely speculative viewpoint it would seem J Records is the choice he is going for. Why play at Clive Davis's party unless he is signing with J? Its not like Clive is a long time friend from what has been said in the past. Plus he did sign with Arista/Clive Davis only to have it be the end of Clive's tenure there. They worked out a deal once before why not this time? It seems much more plausible then the WB's rumors. I don't give the Extralovable rumor much credit but what can I say - I'm a tool. | |

This is great news and I pray to God that Prince continues to keep himself out there for the pepole to see him and I hope that he signs with a good label that will promote the hell out of him. This looks like 2004 will be the year I've been praying for. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
