'PURPLE RAIN' USED IN EMINEM'S AUSTRALIAN TOUR

Eminem has used the first two minutes of 'Purple Rain' as the intro to his latest single 'Purple Pills' with his group D12.

I attended the second of only two shows performed in Australia (Melbourne & Sydney) and was suprised to hear Purple Rain blast out of the speakers during the encore.

A guy dressed in a 'purple pill' costume with a big letter 'E' stamped on both sides danced around to the song.

All in attendance raised their lighters and lit up the auditorium but i doubt many knew what song was playing. Eminem's performance kicked in after the end of the first chorus.
