Carmen Electra Turns to God in Times of Trouble

CARMEN ELECTRA turned to god to help her get over the death of her family members and the break up of her marriage.

The SCARY MOVIE actress admits she's glad she had her faith to turn to because otherwise she can see how easy it would be to turn to drink or drugs to dull the pain.

She says, "My relationship with God is one-on-one. My faith has affected my life tremendously, especially in this last year.

"I lost my mom and sister and had a disasterous marriage. Instead of going out to a party to take the pain away, I'd spend time alone. I still pray to God every night."
