I was watching "The Wayne Brady show" on ABC (he works with Drew Carey a lot) and his bandleader is Peter Michael Escovedo, Sheila's brother.

It's a great, funny show. It's a combination of Carol Burnett and Flip Wilson. It's on for the summer on Wednesday nights so check it out.
