"The War" tape was originally intended only for those who ordered Crystal Ball from NPG Retail; however, many people reported that 1-800-NEW-FUNK would send a tape free of charge to anyone who called and asked.



Today a friend of mine called 1-800-NEW-FUNK to ask for a copy (he did not order CB). The operator told him that they would only send a cassette to people who ordered CB after November 1998 (when NEW-FUNK was placed under new management).



Apparently, 1-800-NEW-FUNK has decided to change their policy regarding free copies of "The War."
