Abbeville Press has just published a "Tiny Folio" edition of their Gianni Versace book Rock and Royalty. Originally published in 1997 as a large $75 coffee table book, it is now available as a tiny edition for $11.95. Both editions of this book contain the Richard Avedon photos of Prince (5 full-page photos) which appeared in the U.S. magazine GQ Gentleman back in the autumn of 1995.
