Celebriphilia case includes Prince In the June 22, 2001 issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine there is an article on Bonny Lee Blakley's obsession with celebrities, titled "Dangerous Game."
The now deceased Bonny Blakley was described as having the condition "celebriphilia." In her case she achieved a degree of fame through tragedy. She attempted to romantically persue famous people, and in doing this somehow make her feel better about herself. Blakley's address book contained listings for 17 celebrities, including PRINCE. "Blakley cast a wide net in her search for famous lovers. The names in her address book range from Oscar-winning actors (De Niro) to pop stars (Prince)." | |
