The Daily Dish section of the New York Daily News newspaper is reporting that the Artist may be called into a downtown NY courtroom to testify in the case of two alleged con artist charged with stealing more than $250,000 from investors who thought they were buying shares in the purple one's concerts. Defense attorneys of the two accused men refused to sign a stipulation saying the two men had no connection with the Artist.
