In the latest issue of Q magazine (Limp Bizkit cover) in the "You ask the questions" feature Brian Eno is asked which of the many producers out there should be considered as the 'producer's producer'.

I haven't got the magazine in front of me and the feature does not appear to be online yet but after an introductory sentence indicating that people wouldn't immediately associate the individual with producing he states "This producer's producer is Prince."
