Today, on radio station KDWB, the DJ Tone E. Fly said that he has heard from a very reliable source that Prince would be releasing his next CD on a major label and would be changing his name back to Prince. And that he would also "stop being so artsy-fartsy and start making songs that can be played on the radio". Hmmm.....

Well, it seems that his next CD will be on a major label, because The Vault will probably be out before Rave is released. As for the name issue, perhaps there's some confusion because The Vault is being released as a "Prince" work (since most of the tracks come from that era). We went through this same ordeal when the Girl 6 soundtrack was credited to Prince.
