Sheila talked about her new album "Heaven" which will be out in August (with a single out in July) and the upcoming tour with Ringo Starr where she will be playing drums. She said that when she was asked to do this tour she said yes right away, even though she didn't know when and where it would be. She plans to start working on songs for the tour next week when done with recording her own new album. Rehearsals for the tour will start in July and she just met Ringo four weeks ago.

She mentioned that she records everything she does because she's so into it when playing live that sometimes she can't remember what she is playing.

Sheila also talked about her first concert at the age of 5, the Escovedo family and her dad, her line of percussion for kids, her website (she is planning to do a photo session just for the "shoes" part of it) and her time with Prince and how hard it can be to be glamorous.
