Heads up to all the famatics out there...in addition to a nod for his upcoming birthday, Prince is mentioned in two articles about other musicians. Courtney Love sites him along with REM and a few others as a supporter of her current battle with Interscope/Geffen, and Carlos Santana, introducing his new line of sunglasses is quoted saying the following:
"I want to help dismantle the violence in schools," says Santana. "This is the new Vietnam. I know that Eric Clapton, Prince, Sting, we all want the same thing." But are they selling women's shoes? No.
