Prince's instrumental CD N.E.W.S. is now being distributed in Sweden and Norway. (Release date says Nov 3, 2003.) Judging from the standard/low price, it seems as if it may not even be an import.

Er... I bought my copy of NEWS in August from "Free Record Shop" on Karl Johan, in Oslo at regular price.

$23 US sounds like an import.

It's available all across Northern Europe at a regular price even if it's still classified as an US import. Actually there is no solid good reason why imports should cost far more than regular small-stock orders, it's just a bastard habit the big chains like Virgin started out and others followed...

So head for Free Record Shop if you haven't got it already. That is if you like mediocre fusion music, of course...
