Platinum-rapper Cam'ron samples Prince! I've just been flicking through the .ram files on http://www.jayzworld.com , and I came across a new mixtape song by Cam'ron ['Oh Boy', anyone?], and I was shocked to find out that it samples 'Diamonds & Pearls' by Prince, so if you wanna check it out...the link is as follows...
http://www.jayzworld.com/...ipset.html The song is also called 'Diamonds & Pearls', and samples the whole beat [wih an added drum kick too], plus the vocals of Rosie & Prince on the chorus! This may never appear on a released album [I doubt Prince will clear the sample]...So get it while you can! | |
