On the *front page* of this mornings Gazette (main English paper in Montreal) it was announced Prince would headline the world renowned Montreal Jazz Fest on July 6 at the Salle Wilfrid Pelletier at Place des Arts (same venue he played on the Jam Of The Year Tour. A great venue seats around 3000 I believe, tickets go on sale this Saturday at 9am.

The organisers are quoted as saying "Prince is a musical reference point" adding that Miles davis once joined him on stage - "and Miles never did that".

You've also got to like the chances of an aftershow as this is Rhonda's home town.
