I e-mailed NPG Music Club today, asking them if the Rave SE had already been sent to NPGMC European members. Here is the answer they sent me :

The Rave CD has already begun shipping. As long as ur in4mation is correct in ur MEMBER PROFILE under the MY NPGMC section, then u should get it within a couple weeks.

NOTE: The CD is being sent by UPS, so if u have a P.O. Box, u may want 2 check that it can accept UPS. Otherwise designate a NON-P.O. Box 4 ur mailing address.
