High 2 all @ P Org!
I was talking 2 a friend of mine who works at Fox Studios in Sydney, where they made the first Matrix, and mid year are filming The Matrix 2 and 3 back to back.

Prince came up in our conversation. He said he heard that directors Larry & Andy Wachowski and producer Joel Silver were in talks with Prince 2 contribute a song to the movie and/or soundtrack. He said that's all he knows, and doesn't know if it's on for real, only that Larry, Andy and Joel realise that Prince was a huge fan of the first movie; (many know Prince talks about The Matrix in interviews, etc)and i think they like Prince too (In Joel's movie "Romeo must Die", Prince gets a couple of mentions).

The more i think about it though, I personally think this won't happen, for the simple fact that The Matrix is a Warner Bros movie, and the soundtrack will more than likely come out on Warner Bros as well. Thought I'd share what i have heard though.
