OH THE SOUND CHECK WAS THE BUTTER THE TOAST AND THE JAM!!

My friends and I got 2 oakland at about 3 pm, and we stayed at a hotel across the street from the Arena... so it was no prob getting there... we got in line 4 the sound check at about 6 pm and they let us in (premium members and guests only)at around 6:30... very easy very efficient, i just felt bad 4 some that got the misinformation that they could bring more than 1 guest...



when we got in Prince was on stage in a green sweater and dark purple (almost black) pants. He said hi and talked with some of the fans who wanted to sit right in front 4 the soundcheck... he then asked the ushers to let us all sit in our seats already, but it was great because basically they didnt care where we sat, and I got 2 sit in the vip section! (to badat the actual concert concert ticket was 7th row)



DVS then came out and asked if any one had a band aid cuz he cut his head shaving... Prince was laffing at him Then Rosie came out and sang Aint No Way , And Carwash with Milenia(the girls can SANG) and Prince finished up by telling us that this was practice for the performance at the Fillmore...



just when I thought nothing could get better than this, he sits down and talks 2 us answering all kinds of questions from the FAMS .... it was 2 short if U ask me, he had 2 go, but one girl got the nerve 2 ask him if she could sing for him , and he took her back stage!!! Lucky Girl!!!I had 2 leave B4 i could get a chance to ask her what he was like... but oh well....
keep it up prince... all the naysayers in CA can shut up now... coz hes finally givin up... oh , and bought a cloud guitar... boys and girls, It plays like a dream!!!!
