I don't know if this is official but I heard rumours that Prince is performing an aftershow at "The Basement" in Sydney whilst he is in town. I have called the basement and they are reluctant to answer yes or no. They just said "we'll see what happens".

Aftersow?

No performance - there was a DJ set up playing old school funk. The band showed up at about 2am and I'm not sure if Prince made it as I left early.

the whole band was there - they went on stage 4 about 5 mins...making faces and dancing etc,...no show - prince signalled 2 a few 'patrons' that it was too smoky and he was going 2 get some sleep...funniest point was when he motioned he was gonna stage dive into us...and then pointed to Chance Howard...no way..that man is "larger than life!'...lucky all who can get 2 the saturday night gig . bound 2 b an aftershow...wish i was in the country...but I'll b back in NZ by then...to all I met thank u...a lot of very friendly aussies - especially 2 a little new zealander such as myself- when the World Cup rugby is on an all Great also 2 meet up with 2 more 'mad kiwis' as well!! Special thanx 2 John Blackwell - not only 4 talking 2 a few of us - but also 4 signing the drumstick -awesome!!!and the pxt photo - good job to the pretty woman who took the photo 4 me - it won't ever b erased fom my phone!!! Best show ever- the soundcheck was incredible! 17 Days...Beautiful Strange...TRC ...just awesome, an aftershow would have been the icing on the cake...but the cake was pretty filling anyway...cannot complain at all...1st row in the soundcheck and 7th row (turned out 2 b 4th row by the time the 3rd or 4th song was playing due 2 every1 pushing and moving up front) Sydney was an awesome venue, and the people made it that!!!THANX every1...maybe we'll meet again...hopefully sooner than in 11 years

The Basement is the location for after the second Sydney show as well. Performance? wait and see i guess...
