If u r a member, download the Xperience Update from ur Download Manager in the player, close the player, install the update from the NPG Music Club Folder under Prpgrams, open the player back up and click on XPERIENCE. Make sure u click the HELP button 2 get all the instructions on how 2 play with this new xperience. Injoy samples and loops from "When Eye Lay My
