PLEASE ASSIST US IN R EFFORTS 2 STOP UNAUTHORIZED COVERS OF PRINCE SONGS!



Paisley Park Enterprises and NPG Records- who hold the rights 2 all songs written by Prince r petitioning WARNER-CHAPPELL MUSIC and The RIAA 2 overturn the COMPULSORY LICENSE LAW which allows any artist 2 obtain the rights 2 re-record any song they desire, whether they wrote the song or not. Tracking the sales of such covers is an auditing nightmare 4 writers. Help us protect "Prince's children" by flooding the 2 organizations mentioned with emales protesting this law. Prince was quoted as saying, " Many artists pay tribute in concert, and we're cool with that, but in the case of recorded work- practically all CONtracted artists receive little 2 no compensation 4 their "tributes". Eye have a problem with people who had nothing 2 do with the creation of my life's work making $ from it."
