will European cutomers be able to register Mastercards on March, 07h?



i got this answer:



We do not have a definite date that has been worked out with these credit
card companies, but it will be soon.

longer be available as of March 7, 2001, and withdrawals to MasterCard have
already been discontinued. Following March 7, International accounts will
need to register a bank account with PayPal in order to withdraw funds.

so march,7 has nothing to do with registering credit cards, only withdrawals are concerned...
so, that's not tomorrow when i'll be able to join the NPG MC !
(i mean 'till mastercards won't be supported)
