There's an article in Weekly Variety with the headline, "Music biz frets over the Hole damn thing". Essentially, it is about Courtney Love's recent countersuit but it quotes Prince, who spoke to the trade directly for this article. He say's, "She already has won...All she had to do was be brave enough to speak out against the obvious. Now we're all talking about it, just like people did when I wrote 'slave on my face'." The article then goes on to compare Prince and Love, saying he was once a 'superstar' and she, on the other hand, a 'celebrity'. There is a picture of him circa '96, I think, and finally, there is a brief mention on the MPGMC, where Prince says, "The club is our system....Hopefully, as the recording industry continues it's pimpage, artists will seek a better revenue flow in their own systems, localized just like websites."
