More technical information on NPGMC bugs Here is my response to Tekadence's support email. Thank you for the response! Dropping my color rate down from 24 to 16 bit color did the trick. I checked using 32bit colors, and the player works in that environment as well. The problem was recreated when I put the display to 24bit. Running at 16 or 32 is fine.
