If you have a Visa card, you can register with Pay Pal from this web page, then
go back to the NPG Music Club and click on JOIN.

Currently, you need to have a verifiable Visa credit card. You will receive
notification from Pay Pal after registering. This process can take from four
days to one month. If you can access your credit card online, you can receive
your confirmation code much faster.
