Prince Aladdin DVD drops on billboard music video chart According to Friday Sept 5th show section of the Orange County (CA) register, Billboard's Music Video chart for the week of Sept 8th, has Prince live at the aladdin at #7 down from this weeks postion of #2.
Start buying more copies!!

does anyone know how many DVD's you have to sell to be ranked #2 for the week..(each week)

Daddypop The way is only down... And if it is only 5000 copies to reach number 2, then that means there are about 10.000 hardcore fans of prince left in the USA... Not too many, and probably not rising NEWS and stuff like this pouring out... Must send him back financially, actually, those releases, because in no way he recoupsproduction costs (well, look at the quality, maybe they are not too high anyway) and marketing etc. So my conclusion: Prince is doing it for the love of music and for his fans...

I've bought two copies.. Mainly because I want to give away one of them as a gift, but it was also interesting to find out if the NPGMC preorder would arrive before my Amazon preorder.. And it did! I live in Norway by the way, and I love the dvd. Wouldn't mind if it had been a bit longer, though.. | |

I brought the DVD teh day it came out...GOOD GOD was I disappointed! I have a better looking VHS tape of a bootleg Purple Rain Concert. prince doesn't have alow profile. Prince has FALLEN OFF! | |

I've viewed the Alladin DVD. And unlike what many people said on this website, I'm not bothered by the visual quality bit more by the audio one. The quality of the sound isn't great at all, which is kind of frustrating cause it looks like the show was real good.

Haha, I'm stupid some times, I had the main volume button down on my computer, that's why the volume sound sucked, its good now, and I think it was a good idea to have this bootleg kind o filming, much more close,
