Da Brat praises Prince in the August issue of TheSource in an interview with Da Brat this month, she reveals:
"I love Prince! We walked in a club in Atlanta & Prince was performing.His show was over & he was about to leave.The VIP was closing, it was only about 10 or 15 of us in it,I turned around & Prince was right there. That muthafucka! Ooh, he made me moist. He is a beauty." Later on in the interview,after also mentioning Pharrell Williams & Roy Jones Jr as men she finds sexy, she says: "I'm very versatile. They're all talented & good with their hands - The slugger,the nerd & the purple people eater. They play instruments - my body is an instrument, it likes to be played with. Someone actually BUYS and READS Source magazine? Ever since Benzino slaged off Eminem, who in turn told readers to boycott Source magazine, readership in the US has dropped by something like 66% But, back 2 the issue at hand, Da Brat is cool, but her style has hardly changed in the last ten years, she's still dropping those "rat ta tat tat" lines in her songs.
